Lenovo ThinkPad pixelated video in meetings

When I'm in meetings in either Zoom or Teams, I am pixelated on everyone's screens (including my own). Everyone else looks normal/not pixelated.

Things I've tried:

Plugging in a USB camera

Speed test comes back as super fast

Disconnected wifi and connected via cable to internet

Rebooting

No matter what I do, I'm still showing as pixelated. This just started happening about two weeks ago. Is it a driver update that could've caused it? I don't have admin access (it's my work computer), but I can probably get IT to netop in and do what needs to be done. Help!
