Coworker ranted about me for 10 mins in a meeting

Sorry if this seems a little underwhelming but its the first time I've ever experienced another coworker despising me in some way. So at work, we have these specific meetings where people share their problems. Now in these meetings you do not mention names to keep it some what confidential. This lady went into the meeting and complained about me saying that when I see her pushing cabinets I don't help her out and I shouldn't be asked to help her. She mentioned that she's seen me a couple times not doing anything and not helping her out in some sort of 10 minute rant. Now I can assure you, I am very helpful at work and do help people especially if they ask me to. When this was brought up I couldn't remember an instance of this happening maybe because I was so zoned out or decided that she didn't need my help or something. Anyways, after this meeting (which I was not present), she gathered with a couple co workers and mentioned by name. And at this point I was still oblivious to this situation until yesterday my friend from work mentioned it all to me saying that I need to be careful and make sure I help her out without question or I could risk losing my job. I told him, next time I'm in and I see her, I'll go and apologize to her. However, even though I admit to my wrong doing, I am still frustrated that she never came to speak to me about it or send someone on her behalf. I felt embarrassed going to work the other day, as instead of sorting this out 1 on 1, the whole department knows about it. What do you guys think?

TLDR: Coworker ranted about me in a group meeting that I'm not so helpful towards her.
