I don’t really understand my hair texture but my hair is like straight wavy and curly all in one and I think it makes it look like shit and it doesn’t help that my hair is super course and gets frizzy really bad I think this I my final attempt at making it look good after 2 years worth of growth

ALSO I KNOW THIS PHOTO IS JARRING 💀💀I don’t take photos main take away the hair

Update : I’ve decided to cut it off I always I can’t escape my family’s comments on hair no matter what I do at least I can wear a hat if I go buzzed thank you for the advice everyone

[CA]. Attedece issue protected under California law due to medical reasons?

I live in California and have been at my job for less than a year, so I don't qualify for federal FMLA yet. I had to leave early on Monday because of severe pain from wisdom teeth extraction, and my dentist gave me an official note excusing me from work for 3 days to recover. I already submitted the paperwork to HR, but I'm stressed because I have no sick time left and my company uses a strict attendance point system. My coworkers claim the company will just tell me 'that's your problem' and give me points anyway, and my mom says they can legally penalize me because I signed an arbitration agreement so I can’t take them to court when hired. Am I legally protected from getting attendance points under California's FEHA or medical accommodation laws since a licensed dentist ordered me to stay home?"

Worried about coaching/write-up at warehouse job after staging mistakes — am I overthinking?

I(21m)work in a warehouse staging pallets to the correct routes/rows. I’ve recently been coached and I’m worried about getting in trouble.
Timeline:
Tuesday: I was told to stage pallets by route/row. I made a lot of mistakes that day (probably 7+ wrong placements).
Wednesday: My supervisor told me the mistakes were going into a coaching log, but said it wasn’t discipline and that they would work with me since mistakes happen.
Thursday: I had a good day with no mistakes.
Friday: Things were chaotic. We were missing pallets and later found out two routes were combined, so everything got confusing. I was staging pallets throughout the day. I ended up missing one pallet (placed it wrong next to another row). I realized it after I got home and texted my boss to let them know so they didn’t have to search for it.
Extra context:
I just received a raise the same day they talked about improving.
In my evaluation they said I have a good attitude and they like having me there.
They told me I need to improve consistency and “lock in” for higher raises later.
My concern:
I’ve been fired from a job before, so I’m really anxious about repeating mistakes. I’m worried that having another coaching conversation or mistake might mean I’m close to being fired.
Question:
Am I overthinking this? How serious is a coaching log in situations like this, and does one mistake after coaching usually lead to discipline?
