How are we dealing with hard skin?
Since making walking my hobby with the occasional run / ruck, I feel like no amount of moisturiser or pumice stone can help manage the skin on my feet.
I´m just back from the podriatrist where the comment "paper skin" was used to describe them. I think she almost broke the blade removing all the callouses, having only gone two months ago! Am I missing a trick here? I have good shoes and socks and dry my feet so not sure if it´s just part and parcel of my life now or if I could be doing something else to manage it, especially with sandal season coming up.
