Hi all!

We have just put down our deposit on a new build. It will not be ready until October/November.

Besides, the usual solicitor fees, flooring and appliances, what other hidden costs and all are there? We have around 10k for flooring and around 2k for appliances (refrigerator, hob & washing machine). Are there any other charges or costs that we should anticipate?

I would like to inform you that,I received the full refund yesterday after submitting the refund request form on 11th Mar-26.
