I've had a bad porn addiction and gooning addiction for 4 years of my life pushing 5 and I've genuinely tried everything in this last year and nothing has worked the only thing that was worked was me somehow getting a girlfriend but it was a genuine miracle that I got one and I'm never getting one again and I feel like gooning and watching all of this porn is making it even worse with my already bad mental health becuase of a lot of factors and gooning to me is a sort of help that is making it worse please if anyome has anything that will help pless tell me im goomg insane and need it
