How do you guys feel about delivery shoppers?
I feel like theres such a broad spectrum of sally workers that dont mind helping them/rather shop for them to sally workers that absolutely hate them.
I for one, dont exactly dislike them but i dream over a time that all of this didnt exist. They really shouldve stopped it at SDD orders.
My main problems stem from them just not even trying to look for products. It is 3 aisles, man 😩. Or men come in and immediately say “im a male, can you just tell me where these products are” like stop putting yourself in a damn box and try to do your job !
I have had men and women come in here for the first time but refuse help because they WANT to learn the store and where things are. Its just so repetitive and makes me cringe when someone walks in, doesnt even look up to say hello but proceeds to put their phone in my face. Then you get to check out and now you know nothing about the process and they try to do everything(WRONG)??
Im kinda just resorted to pointing these people in the general area of the products, especially if theyre a regular shopper. Sometimes im not doing something and will just get the items. Really just depends on the vibes and obvious/big the product is.
I mean when it first came out sallys was basically saying theyre Not customers anyways??
I kinda sound like a bitch but if youve dealt with it you probably understand.
