Goodbye Cousin's Subs

It is with deep regret that I have to say goodbye to Cousin's subs. This came up on another subreddit and I thought I would post about it here. I had my first cousin's Sub in 1975 in Milwaukee on Wisconsin avenue. They've always been a treat to me and a great comfort food. And I've tried for three or four times now in the past year and a half to give them a chance. But there's so little meat and very little toppings for what you're getting. A sub is about $10 now and for that price I can get a Jimmy John's that's loaded and I can actually taste the meat. So it is with deep regret I say goodbye to you Cousin's subs. I I wish you well along with all the other restaurants that have enshitified themselves in the pursuit of profit.

Help prepping and painting this concrete porch.

Bought a new home and the front porch is looking pretty bad. Hoping I could get some advice on the best way to prep and paint this. Do I need a primer? Recommendations on type of paint to use would be appreciated.

Cigarette odor but no stains. Kilz vs Zinsser Bin?

I've looked at the archives in this question seems to come up frequently and I'm hoping for fresh input. I have a house that was smoked in for a long time. The last owners have painted and there are no stains whatsoever but very strong cigarette odor. I can smell cigarette in the drywall. Again no stains. So I'm wondering if Kilz or Bin is better for this application? Which variety of Kilz would I use if I do use Kilz. Which variety of Bin do you recommend if I use Bin. All input is appreciated.
