making big server, plex the right move?

Hello I am planning on expanding my current self hosted setup to have a NAS and a L3 Switch so I can host remote access from a website. Is plex lifetime pass better than the current jellyfin setup for users? I’ve played with plex a little. If I were to expand my server for ideally 20 people, would plex be more user friendly? While jellyfin works, it’s a bit messy UI wise, would buying the plex lifetime pass help achieving my goal here or is it not worth the money?
