I'm trying to find a famous photo from a number of years ago, probably the 2010s.

It was a group of European LEOs. Possibly Belgian or Dutch or Nordic. I think they were some kind of elite/tactical unit. I seem to remember they were big, ripped dudes.

They had stopped a car (or maybe a convoy of cars) in an alleyway. The cars contained some kind of middle eastern VIPs. I don't think they were just rich people, I think they were royals or diplomats or something.

The photo went viral because of the whole "elites facing accountability" vibe of it. I haven't been able to find it through google or chatgpt.
