Why would Otto not appoint him President/CEO, and instead appoint someone else he new very well but who didn't even ask for or apply for the job? And, someone not from the industry?

May be Otto's relationship with Fritz was not as portrayed or some believed it to be.

Otto also gave his appointee the authority to do what it takes to cut the losses incurred over the 4 previous years.

Why would he do that?

7 shows at ONI today, including a 10 camera show.

April 2026: revenues up +45% over April 2025.

Overall revenue growth since August 2025, 15-20% annualized to August, 2026.

ONI signed lease for Brooklyn location. Opening planned for summer 2026.
