Competitions for hs students looking to get into business/finance

Hey guys, I'm creating a list of all the high school pitch competitions that are available; here's what I have so far.

OPEN NOW (least → most competitive)

  1. https://vergechallenge.org/ - closes September 2026
  2. https://www.udc.edu/sbpa/events/udc-capital-cup-entrepreneurship-competition - closes June 30, 2026

NOT OPEN YET (least → most competitive)

  1. https://www.shu.edu/undergraduate-admissions/pirates-pitch-competition.html - opens August 2026
  2. https://blueoceancompetition.org/ - opens fall 2026
  3. https://www.uvm.edu/admissions/vermont-pitch-challenge - opens fall 2026
  4. https://diamondchallenge.org/ - opens September 2026
  5. https://conrad.spacecenter.org/ - opens August 2026

I tried ranking from least comp to most comp (diamond/conrad is pretty equal). If you guys have any more, drop them in the comments. I want to compile a large list and possibly make a website out of it. Hope this helped some of you business students out.

[Hiring] The Best Closers & Cold Callers (High-Ticket Sales)

We are Nythe, a digital infrastructure and web agency. We’re scaling fast, and we need the best closers to help us outreach. We build high-converting sites and AI automation for businesses that are tired of losing leads.

This is 100% commission-based. If you need a "base salary" to feel safe, keep scrolling. We are looking for people who trust their own ability to close and want an uncapped ceiling. (You should be making $50 an hour with us at least to consider yourself good at what you do)

What we need:

Cold Callers: You aren't a robot. You know how to pivot "not interested" and get the client in a meeting.

Closers: You understand the gap between a "lead" and a "contract." You can handle high-ticket objections and push for the signature.  If you understand the trades (landscaping, HVAC, etc.) or B2B scaling, you have a massive advantage.

Average project cost is about $500, our closers get around 20% of that. The first 5 sales you make will get you 30% and if we see consistent results, your commission increases to a cap of 35%.
