My Nanit works fine when I join the network it is on, but when I am on a separate network, the microphone functionality does not work.
My firewall rules allow all main > nanit vlan traffic and all nanit > main established.
Looking to not spend more than ~$15k and obviously if a less expensive option is just as good, I’ll take it.
I want to make sure it sound reasonable from different seating positions, not just a single person sweet spot.
Somehow my Wi-Fi is quite poor, what do I need to do?
The devices with low dBm are physically pretty close to their APs.

I do notice my internet is slower than my old Eero network in some situations, particularly when I play a Netflix/Youtube/other video, the initial buffering seems to take much longer to start and video calls will buffer more despite good connectivity with multiple APs distributed well throughout the home.

Works fine for most things except for some devices, e.g. Sonos and Google Home only work if I actually connect to the same VLAN.
I added a rule allowing all traffic from main to IoT but it seems opposite traffic not being allowed breaks it. If I do allow all opposite traffic it works fine.
What is the proper way to do this?
