Mancave Refresh Suggestions

We have just bought a house that is very much a “fixer upper” and downstairs is a classic Mancave complete with this bar and mirror (Jim Beam sticker obviously). For financial reasons we cannot be renovating the entire house in one go, and this area is not a priority at all compared to upstairs. That being said, I’m still wracking my brains with what to do with this space. Do I rip the brick bar out? My husband thinks it’s tacky but I kind of think it’s cool in a retro way.

Short term shower reno or no?

I am in the process of buying a house and it’s definitely in need of some renovations. The number one thing is the shower. Long term we would like to redo the entire bathroom, but that’s probably not in the budget immediately.
Can we do anything to upgrade the shower minimally first and then later down the track upgrade the entire bathroom? Or is this a waste of time?

The tiles in the shower definitely need replacing and the glass in the screen has cracks in it.

Misleading rental listing - worth complaining?

I’m at my last straw with trying to find a rental in Brisbane. Today we went to 1 Coolehull Street, The Gap. Immediately realised the front of the house didn’t match the photos in the listing - the listing has a 2 door garage and now the house has two glass sliding doors with what looks like black plastic applied to the inside. Ok sure, that’s not great but I’ll reserve judgement until I see inside.
Walked around for 5 mins and felt hopeful, and then the REA says “So this is a dual living house”. The garage has been built in and there is someone living in there.
This is NOT written in the listing at all. I wouldn’t have even bothered going to see the house had we known. Nothing against a dual living house in theory but it’s not what I am looking for.
Can I complain about this as being misleading or false advertising? Is there any point?
I’ve lost count of how many rentals I’ve been to where the listing is nothing like the actual house but this one tipped me over the edge.
The listing if you want to see it

EDIT: I did email them to tell them I would be reporting them if they didn’t change the listing, and they have updated it now.
