Got transfer email... but no Ticketmaster email. Panicking!

I received an email from seat geek saying action is required to accept my BTS tickets for LV day 2 are ready and that the seller already transferred it, but I never received the actual transfer email. I’ve checked all folders/spam and my Ticketmaster account, but nothing is there.

I "chatted" with support bot and didn’t get a clear answer. It’s been over 10 hours since the “action required” email.

The bot said this is “normal,” but I’ve never experienced this before. Can anyone confirm if this is actually normal or are facing this. Or if there may be an issue with the transfer? The event is coming up in 4 days, so I’m starting to worry. And of course there is no really assessable phone number. Any advice? TYSM
