Disabled Bowler

I have a physical disability that prevents me from bowling in the conventional way. I have to use a ball ramp to bowl. I love bowling, but I've stopped because of the stares and annoyed looks from other bowlers while I use the ramp.

Is the ramp really that much of a distraction?

HR Director Shifting to HRIS Role [N/A]

I’ve been in HR leadership for over 20 years, and I’m seriously considering transitioning into an HRIS Administrator role.

For anyone who has made a similar move, what would you recommend as the best path to get there? Certifications, reporting experience, system training, entry-level HRIS roles, etc.?

I’m open to starting from the ground up if needed. Burnout in my current leadership role has gotten pretty significant, and I’m looking for a different direction where I can still use my HR background in a more sustainable way.
