Hi there - I am asking out of curiosity and info gathering before I speak to my client. No cancelations have started yet.

My client has paid for 10 family members to do a trip to the UK. Travel dates: end of June 2026.

All payments were done on his credit card. But there were multiple transactions, all under each person's name.

One of the family members needs urgent leg surgery and so the whole trip is to be cancelled.

The cancellation limit on client's card is $5000.

Do you know, if the payments were all separate but ALL on the same card...Can he get multiple different refunds for each individual?

Example:

Reservation under Tom $3500 transaction
Reservation under Jane $3500 transaction
Reservation under Bill $3500 transaction

etc.
