What do you do when you want to run away?

It feels like I'm on such a good trajectory, I have a job that, while stressful, I enjoy the work, I'm good at it, and I'm paid very well. I have an abundance of friends who care about me, we see eachother often, and thoroughly enjoy our company. I have trips planned, vacations with my friends, I'm ascending Mt. Washington in 3 weeks, I have a good car, hobbies I enjoy and am improving at. I've started volunteering to upkeep local trails, and it feels great to be recognized around town by people seeing the work I do. It feels like by all metrics, I'm doing pretty damn good.

Except I want to shovel it all into a fire, give up my apartment, my car, my everything that I've nicely organized into a pretty tower. I just want to get in an old car and drive, drive and drive and drive until I'm somewhere I've never been, climb a mountain I've never seen, not answer calls or make drawings at work, or open up my workshop and make knives or cabinets or meet with my friends or even look at my bedroom, or anything that I own. I just want to sit atop a mountain or be in a city at a bar where nobody recognizes me.

When does the Muffin top/Apron belly go away

It feels like a nightmare having to put my belt under the belly, I want to wear pants higher than where they sit, but having pants over the belly just feels awful. down from 325 to 255, still a long way to go to a healthy weight but we're getting there.

Just a nightmare, I'm moving down in clothing sizes, from 3xl to xl/l, but still not able to wear clothes the way I want to wear them..
