Hi so I opened up a Smart Start account a couple months ago and want to get the free SPC+ membership that they offer before university starts. But for some reason after I click the register for SPC+ on the CIBC website it never updates on my SPC account. Anyone know if I'm doing something wrong ?

Asking anyone who has been on a residence that comes with a kitchen, does the uni give you atleast plates and cutlery or do you have to source you’re own pots and pans ?
