Why is my sample print coming back as oversaturated and darker even though I used the correct ICC profile they gave me and edited my photo accordingly?

A company is selling my prints on my behalf and gave me an ICC profile to use which is ‘Sihl Hot Press’. I installed it on windows, used it as my proof set up on photoshop and edited the colours accordingly to the original file until I was happy it matched the physical photo/the SRGB file and so on. Everything matches and I did everything they said to do correctly. Even on the preview it looks exactly how I wanted it to look.

They sent me a sample and the colours are horrifically over saturated and darker and I don’t know how to do any more as I’m not educated on this area.

What can I do? Shall I simply just desaturate it even though the file will look slightly greyed out on my end and just hope it looks more true to my original file?

Why is my print sample oversaturated compared to my photoshop file with the relevant ICC profile?

So I’m selling prints via a company who are selling them on my behalf and the gave me a Sihl Hot Press ICC profile based on the printers they’re using.

The company gave me a sample and want me to resample it with colour correction as it has come back far too oversaturated.

The problem is I print the exact file on my basic printer and it looks fine, I also look at it on photoshop and I’ve matched the colours accordingly too as to what it looks like on the SRGB file. I created my own visual samples and everything matches up and I don’t understand how I can correct this.

The only thing I can think of is either just desaturating the print so that it matches the best that I can guess what the printers will do, or that I’m somehow using the wrong ICC profile.

The file they sent me is ‘Hot Press’ and I installed it, but it shows in photoshop as Sihl Hot Press, but I’m sure it’s the correct one.

I really enjoy warm evenings like most of us do, but I find something extra magical about them. I also likewise enjoy painting warm landscapes and warm scenes too in hopes of giving the viewer a feeling of protection and peace, the same things that I feel.

This piece was particularly a nightmare to do, and not because of the hundreds of lights that I dotted individually, but mainly finding the right palette for the sky that complimented the foreground. I probably went over the sky itself around 10 or so times trying to find the right colours, tones and layering, but I’m finally happy with how it turned out!
