Bought an ikea couch a couple of months ago and my son’s friend accidentally put a hole in the cushion while they were doing some crafts in the basement. Stupid me, shouldn’t have allowed scissors near the couch. The cushion can’t be flipped as it’s built into the couch for a slide out underneath.

Any advice on how to fix this so it’s not a big ugly patch? I realise it will be impossible to hide completely, but hopefully there’s a fix that doesn’t stick out too badly.
