Want to buy a cheap (~$30) no-name GoPro-like video camera—is there a shop in CNX that sells these?

I want to buy a small, cheap (like $30), rechargeable video camera like a GoPro (like this one on Amazon) here in Chiang Mai.

Can I create like 8 different page styles, with just 1 photo to 16 photos, and somehow use the PAGES with their established image frame LAYOUTs as a template, or must I assign each frame size as an Asset and then “rebuild” each page from those assets as I go?

How do I add a blurred-black surrounding shadow to large text (for a book cover)? I want to keep the colored letters themselves translucent (as they lay over a photo), so I can’t have the black shadow directly ‘behind’ the letters—just ‘around’ the letters… so maybe a black ‘glow’? Any ideas?
