What does this mean?

I have a known stricture for a few years and since December this has been coming up on my scans. No hydronephrosis is said but this. 'Mildly prominent left renal pelvis and abdominal ureter up to the level of the

pelvic inlet' no hydronephrosis and no hydroureter.' So is it getting backed up? I'm getting pain most times I drink in my left flank and then when I pee. Also just seem nauseous all the time and low/moderate cramps in my left kidney 24/7. Urologist app May 28th. :( my urine is starting to smell and it's very yellow. (And I've been drinking what I normally do).

Being tested for CKD/Nervous

Just looking for advice/rant. I'm 36, have had multiple kidney stones (100+ since 2018 and 5 surgeries) I also have a severe stricture in my left ureter. Anyways fast forward, last year my eGFR was 110-112 and as of April it's 72. My creatinine went from 80's to 116 as well. My nephrologist (only saw her in April for the first time, seeing her in August again and being tested for CKD) My question is, I know the decline in a year is pretty drastic but I'm wondering if anyone else has CKD from kidney stones/strictures and what can I do? I get chronic kidney stones. (tried changing diet/more water etc.) Should I be worried? If the other stuff from the 24 hour urine test and blood tests come back basically normal does the eGFR decrease and creatinine increase over a year mean I have CKD? Or will they just monitor? Sorry for all the questions. Still new/learning about CKD.

CKD & Chronic Stones/Stricture

I've had kidney stones since 2018 and 5 surgeries, latest was July last year. I've passed tons of stones (like close to 100?) Sometimes requiring surgery like I said. I have a severe stricture and stones in my left kidney/ureter that my urologist is monitoring as it's been getting worse. My eGFR has dropped from 110-72 in about a year and my creatinine went from the 80's to 116 as of April. My nephrologist wants to test me for CKD now, is this common with stones and or a stricture? Any advice?
