Indoor sauna help

Hello all.

I've recently started looking into and reading about the benefits of consistent sauna use.

I've just turned 42, I work in the trades, so my body has taken a beating over the last 15 years.

I plan to couple sauna usage with cold plunges and workouts that incorporate more movement and flexibility versus just strength training. The last few trips to the doctors have shown that my work hasn't been kind to my body 👎🏻

The amount of different sauna options is overwhelming to say the least and the worry of quality issues.

In my research, I came across this Finnish study, that states the best beneficial results come from saunas that reach 175°F.

How important is it to have a sauna that can reach these temps? Most that I've been finding hit 65°C/150°F max.

The problem is, the few indoor saunas I found that reach those temps are out of my budget.

I'd like to keep it below $6,000.

Can anyone recommend some manufacturers or suppliers in Canada to look into that you personally have and would recommend?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
