[TOMT] Looking for a movie where a kid stares out the window (thriller i think)
Hey, i was looking for a movie/show.
I cant remember much, i just have 2scenes which i can describe a bit.
Scene 1: A male and female detective duo investigates a missing mother. They visit a grandmother who lives with her ~10-year-old granddaughter (the missing woman’s daughter). The grandmother warns them the girl hasn’t spoken since her mother disappeared. The girl just sits at a window staring outside, holding a stuffed animal (rabbit or bear?). The detectives question her but she says nothing. The male detective gets angry and starts yelling at her — the female detective calms him down. Just before they leave, the girl presses the belly of the stuffed animal and a music box melody plays.
Scene 2 (near the end of the film): The two investigators enter an abandoned, dark, dilapidated building (possibly a hospital). In one room they suddenly hear the same music box melody — it comes from a small box/casket they find there. This leads them to their goal. The same melody also plays over the end credits.
