I am having issues where my computer won’t identify the SCT X4 7015 even with multiple micro usb cables used that can transfer data. The device won’t turn on when it is micro usb or ob2 connected and it flashes red, green, and blue at the bottom once only when it is first connected on either connections. I already deleted and reinstalled the device updater on my computer and manually loaded the drivers and still not working. Looking for any tips and help to fix my issue. Thank you
