Hello! Trying to setup service at a new address, and for some reason my account just errors out everywhere using the website trying to order. Says I need to contact you guys with different errors depending on where on the site I’m trying to order. Can’t even change my password either. So kind of confused what’s going on

Hello! I reached out a few days ago about figuring out what was up with an address that seems to have bulk billing. Didn’t get too far but confirmed that I’m moving there so I’m back to get to the bottom of what’s going on. The property manager has 0 clue and straight up told me they don’t know anything about the Internet, somehow. So I figured maybe you guys might have answers hopefully.
