Need help for my niece

I need some help and advice. My niece is struggling really badly with reading... We've tried sounding out letters and words, reading apps, practicing together, writing words on a whiteboard, and a lot of other things, but it just is not clicking yet. She is getting really frustrated and keeps saying she feels like she will never learn. Please give me any advice or things that helped your child...

Budget Portable Projector Reco: Dangbei N2 Mini for Small Spaces & Travel

Looking for a lightweight projector that’s easy to move around? I picked up the Dangbei N2 Mini last month and it’s been perfect for my apartment and weekend trips. Setup is basically plug-and-play with auto focus, auto keystone, and obstacle avoidance, so it’s super beginner-friendly. The built-in gimbal makes it easy to project on walls, ceilings, or awkward angles without extra setup. Picture quality looks sharp for 1080p in a dark room, and I mainly use it for movies and YouTube. The speakers are decent, but Bluetooth speakers definitely improve the experience. It does need to stay plugged in, though the power draw is pretty low. If your room has ambient light, blackout curtains help a lot. Overall, it’s a great value in the $100–200 range, especially for students or small households. What are you all using your mini projectors for, and are there any other good portable models worth checking out?

Two years preparing our family transportation business for a sell side process. The financial cleanup was the foundation everything else was built on

Sat down with our banker and the consolidated financials they needed didn't exist. Two ERPs, no intercompany eliminations, no unified chart of accounts — years of entities closing independently with zero coordination. We mapped everything, built an automated consolidation model, restated two years of financials, brought in a Controller, and rebuilt the finance team mid-process. One thing I always tell founders: buyers know instantly whether your data room was built proactively or assembled under pressure. The deals that close on original terms are the ones where every answer exists before the question gets asked.
