Got an sf sonic battery for my bike, in exactly 8 days the battery died! How does one claim warranty on these batteries? Their phone numbers and website only support Inverter batteries!

I have sent an email to them and got 0 reply, tagged them on X and 0 reply there too!

Any help??

This is a brand new 8 day old battery.

I have 2 female kittens with me both are about 2 months old and are dewormed healthy kittens who eat dry/wet kitten food. Friendly and playful.
They are litter trained.
Looking to get them adopted - Location - Bangalore
