Hi guys I tried mokà pot for the first time. I tried fine grind leo coffee without chicory freshly grind from store. But the decoction tasted too much bitter. Any tips on how to do it correctly?

Also I wanted to know the decoction brewed had too much water so is the moka pot used only for black coffe or milk coffe also can be made if yes pls guide me on getting thick brew.
