This is my first semester going to HCC. I have sent my residency forms in twice. They told me to register for classes and they would update it. However I am being charged out of state tuition. Has anyone else ever had this issue? Any suggestions what I should do I appreciate it.

I am looking for a private lender. Not a large amount. But I had an emergency come up or I wouldn’t even be doing this. Please comment or message me if you know anyone.
