How to get an appt with an advisor?

Hi all, my husband is trying to make an appointment with an advisor (new student, trying to figure out classes and transfer credits). It won’t let him make an appointment. Do y’all just walk in? or how does it normally work?

Scholarship and book bundle

This fall will be my freshman year at HCC for Anthropology. I found out yesterday that I am being awarded the Presidential Honors scholarship, which covers full tuition and books. Does anyone know if I need to opt out of the hawk book bundle? Or does the scholarship cover the bundle fee?

Nursing Program Class Schedules

I need some insight of the class schedules for the nursing program.

What is the schedule like for the Dale Mabry evening program? Vs. the schedule for the day time programs.

This will help me decide on what my top choice would be when applying.

Pre-Physician Assistant and Pre-Anesthesiologist Assistant Club

I’m looking into starting a combined Pre-PA and Pre-AA club at HCC dale mabry. I thought I’d start here to gauge interest, I’ll need 10 members to create the club at HCC. Both are very great careers in the medical field that only require a masters degree rather than going through med school and residency. They also both follow very similar coursework and application requirements leading up to acceptance into a program. Please comment or DM me if you’d have any interest in joining a club like this!

Anyone else on the Alternate list for Fall 2026 Nursing?

The initial deadline to accept the alternate spot was Thursday, June 25th. Now that the deadline has passed and the roster is shifting, has anyone who was an alternate heard anything yet?

Also, for past applicants or anyone familiar with the process: do you have any idea how far down the list they usually go, or at what point we should assume we're officially out for this term?

TY…

Anyone hear back from any of the health programs yet?

Just wondering what programs already received notice if they were in the upcoming fall health programs or not?

Waiting on nursing, personally.

Nursing fall 2026

Hey I got accepted into Cohort 1 at Dale Mabry does anyone have more info on the titer/immunization requirements for clinical clearance? The email we received was pretty vague and I want to make sure I know exactly what I need before going in.
