[TOMT] Help Finding a Webnovel I read several years ago.
I'm looking for a webnovel where MC has an internal world that starts by scanning/copying objects. As he continues to scan his internal world becomes more full and eventually contains civilizations. The setting is later revealed to be a fake/artificial world created as refuge from a harsher reality (revealed near the ending). MC’s father had three split personalities/incarnations; one was chained (I believe underwater) to stabilize the world. There were a certain number of forbidden areas that ended up being the pillars that supported the fake world, with the place the father was chained was one. MC nearly dies and becomes disconnected from the world laws relatively early in the story. In the ending, the world destabilizes due to the fathers third personality (third personality wanted to absorb the world) and the MC reconstructs/recreates everyone inside his inner world, which becomes the new real world, mostly without people realizing they were recreated.
