After a recent breakout, I have these spots left, my routine as of late has been

Morning
-wash face (la roche purifying foam cleanser)
- apply moisturizer (Cerave, daily lotion, normal to dry)

Night
-Either Cetaphil or more la roche
- Paula’s choice BHA
- wait till dries, apply more moisturizer

It looks like my skin is irritated by something, I’ve also been prescribed Doxycycline (haven’t taken it yet) and I have 2.5% and 5% benzoyl peroxide, I used that and I feel kinda itchy now which is why I think it’s irritation? But I’m not sure, any help for a routine would be appreciated
