Need $500 to get through the month
My partner and I are in a difficult financial situation and I’m hoping someone may be able to help us with $500 to get through this month.
We recently purchased our first home after receiving a commitment from family that they would finance the house for us privately, with no payments for the first two years. They were involved throughout the home-buying process, and we made the decision to purchase based on that arrangement.
Unfortunately, after we committed to the house, the promised help fell through and we were left to finance everything ourselves.
We’ve managed to keep up, but I’ve exhausted my savings and recently sold my investments at a significant loss to cover unexpected expenses. We’re now at the point where we’re barely scraping by.
I’m asking for $500 to give us some breathing room and help us stay current this month. I know that’s a lot to ask from strangers, and I don’t expect any one person to cover it. Anything toward that amount would genuinely help us.
