Does anyone else have issues ordering from Figs?

I placed my first order and everything went smoothly. I liked the fit of everything, so I tried to place another order and no matter what I do, all my orders are cancelled and refunded within a few hours. There is no issue with my Visa, nor with the billing vs shipping address as suggested by the customer service email (which seems to be a bot response every time I reach out for assistance).

I've tried deleting my Shop app, and ordering from my work computer with no luck.

It has to be some sort of glitch in their system as I see people have encountered this issue before. I'm just curious if anyone one has figured out what the problem is.
