Weird spot on the road near my home, not a pothole or even slightly indented, photo is the entire spot, it's about the same size as a small orange.
Hi, I live in St. Catharines, Canada. I saw this on the road while making my way home from the store, I might've stepped in it? I'm not sure.
It's not indented into the road at all, it's stuck to it, but it's definitely something on top of the road rather than a pothole or something. I'm genuinely not sure what this could be, i've tried using Google lens but none of the guesses it pulls up seem to match with the image I took.
