I recently got this $20 and it had this stamp on it. Anyone know what it means? Never saw anything like this before… I’m curious.

The white part presses in at the center and the tip of it opens up like it could grab on to something.

My search results are tied between egg sac and some kind of fungus. I vote fungus, my dad votes egg sac.

The auctioneer thinks it is ivory (I’m not sure), but I would like to know what it translates to before I bid on it. I tried google already, and am NOT looking for its value. Thanks.

I tried Google lensing it, asking the shop owner, everything, it has magnetic clasps so it can't be too old, but it smells really old? seems to be real leather too, any help appreciated?

Seems like it's made of porcelain, I think it has something to do with cigarettes, it looks kinda burnt, one of the holes is about the size of a cigarette and the other hole is smaller, I can't find anything close to it online. Is it supposed to ash your cigarette? Or is it a holder? Or is it some kind of tobacco bowl? Or am I too hooked up on the smoky aspect?

I have been finding these small beetles in my bedroom for the past one to two months. They are roughly the size of my little fingernail. They are usually on the walls, often near the bed or wardrobe.

So far, I have not noticed any damage, and the mattress looks completely normal. I also do not have any itchy bites or other skin irritation.

Because the weather has been quite hot, we have been sleeping with the windows open for several weeks. The apartment is also relatively humid, although we do use a dehumidifier.

I have already tried to identify the beetle myself. It is quite small, and the suggestions I received, such as a wood cockroach or German cockroach, do not seem to match the photos I have compared them with.
I would simply like to know what kind of beetle this might be, where it could be coming from, and whether I should be concerned about it.

Someone left a free swivel chair out so I took it. I cleaned the stains off of the seat thoroughly but this interesting shape was the most prominent. It was surrounded by small drip stains and round ones that look like rims or cup bases just like the one on the left in the image. I’m guessing it was paint? I tried Google Lens but its best guess was an X ray lol
