Painted this bathroom purple a few years ago. Recently the edges by the sink have started turning blue. What could be causing this? It doesn't come off when I scrub it. It's only happening near the sink.
I own the domain [mylastname.com]. For decades I've had a "real" email address at yahoo, gmail, or a university and I forwarded email from firstname@lastname.com to my "real" account. No one new my real account and I never needed to update people that my email address was changing. (I adopted this initially with bigfoot in the 90s). A few other members of my family do the same.
Now for the problem - in the last year or so spam filtering has gotten overly aggressive and I can't get my email. What happens is this:
I talked to my webhost and the best they could do was migrate me to another web server that used MailChannels instead of SpamExperts, but hat only made it worse. I talked to tech support at MailChannels and they basically said my best bet was to stop using their product. My web host won't opt me out of spam filtering because of fairly obvious reasons.
What are my options? I understand that ignoring a tech system for 15 years leads to some obsolescence, but at this point I've resigned myself to be dragged (kicking and screaming of course) into whatever the newer solution is. I really don't want to go back to thunderbird/whatever has replaced pop3. I don't want to do google hosting since not everyone in my family likes google (my sister uses hotmail. No, I can't explain why). The other thing is that all of us do hybrids - we have some email going to first@lastname.com, and some email goes directly to the gmail/hotmail/whatever account. Having two email accounts to check is a pain in the neck. Is there some way to combine these two accounts without using forwarding? Any webhosts that won't do content filtering on my mail? Another obvious solution I'm missing?

After a lot of experimenting, I found my new home automation system that will let me keep using my wemo devices. I installed Home Assistant and I love it. I can use all my old wemo devices (even the really old ones like the wemo link and the smart bulbs that were part of the starter kit I bought when Wemo first came out). Also since ebay is currently flooded with cheap Wemo devices, I bought a few second hand light switches and outlets and they work. I used pywemoGUI to provision the new (to me) Wemo devices. Things like the Wemo insight switch actually work better now because Home Assistant has more functionality. I can also link other things like my router, TV, etc. Pywemo and HA are also more reliable and faster than the app ever was. With the app, periodically things would stop working with no explanation and I would have to reset them. So far, I haven't had those issues with HA/Pywemo.
Best of all, with Belkin no longer supporting Wemo, I don't have to worry about some future firmware update breaking compatibility with HA or something else I'm doing.
Potential downsides: With Wemo gone, there will be no firmware updates. Theoretically if someone finds a huge security flaw in wemo devices, I will have no way to patch it. My hedge against this is that everything is running locally on my local network. I have them all on their own Wifi network, and there should be no way to access them from the Internet anymore. I can easily block access to them locally at the firewall if I need to.
Found in an attic. It appears to be a bunch of army men and figurines on a conveyor belt. I'm assuming the big wheel used to be connected to a motor that made the men "march". Anyone know anything about this toy? At least what war this is from?
There are apparently a few law firms looking at class action suits against Belkin for shutting down Wemo. I'm not a lawyer so I have no legal opinion on any of these, their legitimacy, or how likely you are to actually get anything worthwhile. But, if you're interested these are the ones I've found. They all seem to be looking for class members (that is, affected people) right now.
