What is this on my apartment door?

I noticed today that our apartment has this on the inside of our door....could it be mold? its in a fairly isolated area, and when you shine a light on the dark circles they are kinda shiny and oily looking

Can someone explain if the fluffy PINK insulation is shedding?

So this small amount of PINK insulation (Circled) is exposed and it bothers me. It's gone un disturbed, but I am always worried it's always actively shedding fiberglass?

someone accidentally stored linens in this crawl space today uncovered and I am extremely worried I need to toss them out.

How do I make this safer? Am I worried about nothing?
