Hi everyone,

I requested migration from Vi prepaid to postpaid on 13 May around 7 PM, but the process is still not completed or activated yet. I have now changed my mind and want to cancel the request before the conversion happens.

Can the migration still be cancelled at this stage?

What is the fastest way to stop the process?
