“common area utilities” charges at apartments

if you rent in an apartment complex, how much is your common area utilities charge per month? I see some people on here saying they pay like ~$50 a month…. we are in Utah county, and ours is $170 on avg per month via conservice and includes common area electricity $29, gas $7, sewer $65, trash $28, water $24 and then an $7.50 service fee.

we are moving up to Murray and our new apartment has common area utilities but the woman in the office gave us an estimate for Common area based on previous bills at around $50-$100 but I don’t understand how It’s so much cheaper Than where we currently are. The common area is on top of our own electric (through Murray Power which I’ve been told is cheaper than RMP), gas, and water. Our trash is included in our media package. We are just kinda perplexed at the common area utilities cost. We’ve lived in 5 states and never had a separate bill for that before and were definitely unprepared for it when we moved here Bc we didn’t think it’d be almost $200 a month.

Can’t believe it’s over. What a show!

months of anticipation and now it’s over. they sounded so great live. I was at the railing the whole night and had an absolute blast.

i started crying during Sunday Morning. my absolute favorite song played last and if this was the last time they play together what a way to end it. been a fan since I first saw Don’t speak on vh1 top 20 countdown when I was 9, 10 times I’ve seen them lives, and what a finale. all the emotions came out. also sad Gwen hates Return of Saturn so much but I get it.

maury? Jenny jones? Jerry Springer? Ricki Lake? Sally Jessy?

Amazon prime has a Maury channel under the live TV, but I think all of them deserve either their own channel or just a daytime channel that just plays all of those shows.
