What makes a deck go from B2 to B3 (besides game changers)

I am quite new to MtG, only playing for a few months. I have a few decks, mostly precons, amd I recently decided to make myself a B3 deck to play with different pods at my LGS.

I made the following voltron deck: https://archidekt.com/decks/22463760/lord\_bearington\_the\_first

It is B2 by definition (no MLD, no gamechangers etc.), but I don't know how to see if it is strong enough for B3. I did not see any gamechangers that would fit this deck. So I'm just wondering what is the opinion here and if I can improve this deck to be B3 if it isn't (it will be proxied so budget doesn't matter)

Selesnya voltron commanders?

I am new to MtG, started playing at the end of last year. I have some different decks with different playstyles, but always want to make more. I have decided to build a Voltron deck, preferably in Selesnya. However, I have a hard time deciding on a specific commander and I want some ideas and feedback. Price does not matter, this will be a proxy deck.

What I definitely do NOT want: [[Sergeant John Benton]]. Don't like the card, not into Dr Who anymore

Possible commanders I have thought about:

-[[Sigarda, Host of Herons]]: built in protection but quite expensive. Would build this as an enchantress deck. This is what I am leaning toward at the moment.

-[[Trelessara, Moon Dancer]]: seems cool as a lifegain/counter voltron, low CMC a bonus.

-[[Treebeard, Gracious host]]: similar to Trelessara, scales with amount of life gained, not just instances of lifegain.

Thanks in advance for the suggestions!
