Hi, i dont have like bad constipation or anything and i go pretty much every day but it takes me like 10-40 minutes of sitting on the toilet. My bf goes normally and it literally takes him like 2 minutes and hes done. I wish i could do the same as its not convenient when we are out and about. I eat lots of fibre, drink plenty of water. My diet is very good. I stay away from ultra processed shit and eat 30+ plant foods per week.

When i go, my poop is normal its not like hard or anything. Sometimes it is a bit waterlogged looking and i can see small pieces of undigested food in it. Its like the “urge” seems to vanish after sitting there for a few minutes. So i get up and then the urge comes back and i sit down and wait. I never strain. I also use a little toilet stool to put my feet onto. Could this be like anxiety or something thats stopping me from going more quickly? Or is there anything else that could be causing it? I also suffer from like bloating and gas after eating.. pretty much anything. Its not like the worst gas ever but it happens pretty regularly. I know its not related to food intolerances or anything because some times a meal one day will trigger it and the next day that meal won’t affect me at all. All of this actually get worse in my luteal phase as well and sometimes I can’t go at all in that part of my cycle.
