I had Fob issues for a while, getting near the car would make it spam lock/unlock constantly. The fob issues have gone away with a higher quality battery, but I suspect that issue overworked the door locks.
Driver door suddenly wont respond to Fob or interior central locking button. I can push the lock pillar down to lock it, but can't open it from outside if I do. When I pull the handle while inside the car, the pillar rises and unlocks + opens just fine. When I softly close the door, it sucks in and closes automatically just fine.
Then the front passenger door started doing the exact same thing. Both rear doors respond to Fob and central lock no issue. Approaching with the Fob or touching the driver door handle you can hear all rear doors unlock.
Is this a bad door lock actuator x2 for both driver and passenger?
