Bertello 16" rotating oven

Has anyone been happy and successful with this oven? I have been looking for a dedicated pizza oven after some years of selling my ooni pellet fed that I just didn't like to use. The Bertello is 500 which I don't mind spending, but that's about all I see myself spending on a weekend warrior pizza oven. On a side note I would also like some input on the dough as far as the consistency of the cooking pace and heat level. That is something I have never got down. Is there a pre-made dough that actually works well just to get some pizzas made while venturing and experimenting with your own dough recipe? Have a recipe in mind? Tia
