It's not like it used to be. Workers never get back to you or check emails. They give you money then take it back. They need to get their (insert profanity) together.

Co-ops are ridiculous. How does someone visiting someone else daily, negatively affect them so much, that you can only visit 7 days out of a month? And why is it that if you are a member you can just do whatever you want and get away with it?

How do you apply for the leap program when the phone services are always shut off?
