So, I'm seeing a trend of Hot Pepper growers getting burned the wrong way! By that, I mean, we order seeds for what we want to grow, and we receive "Who Knows What"

I wanted to start this thread so we can share the vendors that we know we can rely on, from personal experience.

So, SOUND OFF! Share with us the vendors that have been reliable, consistent, and trustworthy.

(We could all also benefit from knowing which vendors are proving the least reliable. So, SOUND OFF on that as well... but please be sure of these replies.)

This sauce is exceptional with pulled pork, ham sandwiches... but surprisingly? Also REALLY good on vanilla ice cream! The sauce thickens to a caramel like consistency when it hits the cold ice cream. Makes an awesome sweet & heat treat.

1 Pineapple, peeled, cored, finely diced

1 Granny Smith Apple, peeled, cored, finely diced

20 Habanero peppers, stemmed and halved

16 Ghost peppers, stemmed and halved

1 cup water

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

¼ cup honey

¼ cup brown sugar

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

1 tsp. ground ginger

In a medium saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil, reduce to a bubbling simmer, let cook 10 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool. Transfer to blender, blend on high until smooth.

Due to the sugar content, probably best to keep this one refrigerated. Hope you like it!

Hey folks

I just received this beast of a synthesizer today. Wanted to get a little feedback from other owners.

I've already experienced the 'stuck notes' issue, and I haven't connected any MIDI cables yet. I'm also hearing some tuning drift.

I'm curious if these issues have really improved as newer firmware has been released or not.

Also seems like a long time since the 1.4 update. Any word on 1.5 (or 2.0?)

I appreciate your time and experience. I want to love this thing (it sounds so good when it is behaving) - but if this behavior is the norm, I don't want to miss the return/exchange window.
