I've been seeing a lot of these questions across the RE subs for the last few months.

'Should I play (insert game) to prepare for the next one?'

'Is this game worth playing?'

'Should I buy this game for $8.99?'

'Do I need to replay (insert game) just for shit's and giggles?'

And I just have one answer...

Yes.

Yes. Yes. YES. Mother fucking YES!

I don't care if you're playing for the first time or the hundredth. If you wanna play any of these games, and have the means to do so, just do it.

You don't need anyone else's opinion.

There's a reason this franchise has lasted this long. Even the worst RE game still has the semblance of a GOOD game. (RE6 haters already chomping at the bit. And I get it. But it's no Gollum).

Capcom has definitely been feeding their RE fans with sustenance over the last few years, and with the CV Remake we can only expect that trend to continue.

​

So, for new and old fans alike, if you wanna hit PLAY on a new game or revisit an old favorite, just do it.
