Just picked up a pair of Azura for £55 in JD
Had to return the Evo SL on account of the aggressively tapered midfoot. Might be a blessing in disguise if the Azura work for £55!

22:30 5K training
Been sent this plan by a run coach friend for a race that I’ve got booked in 10 weeks time. I ran a 24 minute flat at my most recent 5km time trial a couple of weeks ago. Does this plan look reasonable to get me down to an all time PB of 22:30 over 10 weeks? My all time PB is 22:53 but I took a break from running since I ran that. I do strength work through the week as well.
